UV exposure over the years

Over the years, UV rays can really take a toll on a person’s skin.  Everyone thinks that since they are just going to the store, they don’t need to apply sunscreen.  That is definitely a myth!

Everyone needs to apply sunscreen every day.  You are going to be around UV rays, even if it is cloudy out and the middle of winter.

Some of the things that can happen if you don’t use SPF on a regular basis are wrinkles, dark spots and loss of elasticity of skin.  If you have darker skin, these will show a lot quicker than they would on a lighter skin toned person.

I don’t think anyone will say that going without SPF is worth any of these issues!

The trick to UV protection is to use a SPF product that does not feel greasy and gives you great moisture.  This product can be used under makeup and can be applied in seconds, so you won’t have to add major time to your beauty routine.  The added bonus is that it will act as an anti-aging lotion and will help you continue to look young.

Make sure you are reapplying this product throughout the day on your skin, especially after exercise.  Reapplying SPF is a guarantee that you will always be keeping your skin protected from those harmful UV rays.
