Laser will take off melasma
Please get to the point sooner from the start. You tend to drag on a little bit. You are an intelligent expert. Skip the excessive non medical examples. Otherwise, ty for the info.๐
I'm so lucky, brown skin, epilepsy, menopause and thyroid!!!
I have sensitive skin. If I try the lemon and ACV and it irritates my skin what could I use instead? Thank you!
Go to this Dr and watch his video (i'll link below) His video is the best video that i have found here on YT: explaining Melasma, the cause and what works. Save your time from trying all different kinds of home remedies the truth is there's nothing works, i know it because I have Malesma and I have tried everything.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88Sy6cWnfIA&t=249s
Hello Doctor ! I used lemon several but doesn't work just make dried skin and wrinkle the melasma still appear.
Malsma .lamon oll the best so I am tary ok
You are so beautiful !Donโt let it bother you or bring you down you are not alone on this … Try the Ambi fade cream( at night time only) ,make sure no sunlight gets you face if you use it, it actually worked on me,and never forget to use sunblock during daytime .Another thing that works is potato with lime juice mask . And If you have vitamin D Rub the oil over the spots it actually helps a lot !You could also try the Charcoal peal off mask To get rid of dead skin and after a honey mask.Good luck! Iโbe been dealing with it for almost 4 years now and I know how hard it can be no matter how many times you get rid of the spots it always seems to find a way to come back,Iโm now taking collagen supplements maybe it will help to prevent getting them back.
This makes me so sad because your discussing everything you do for your Malayan and it is still visible on you… Iโm loosing hope for myself๐ข๐ข
Thank you for this! I've never had a baby and have never been on the pill and dont have a hormone issue. All this info helps.
When this appeared on my (nearly) twelve-year-old daughter, it coincided with her first menstrual cycle. The hormonal imbalance caused inflammation and when combined with sun exposure lead to the hyperpigmentation. I'll get her started on the lemon, ACV hyaluronic acid. I'll also order the Renew 5 for her to begin practicing facial cleansing.
Great video and advice thanks alot
As a MELASMA patient I have seen many dermatologist in the USA ๐บ๐ธ and NO dr. Recommended glycolic products to be use in the summer because it will make you more sensitive to the sun.15% glycolic cream is strong enough to exfoliate your skin. With all the products you are suggesting… YOU ARE MAKING A SALAD OF YOUR FACE. All you need is a good moisturizer and a physical sun block with ZINC and TITANIUM DIOXIDE.
Too much talk. Just get to the point. Too boring
I would love to see a video on how to treat pink/red skin. i have this on my cheeks and chin. it isnt severe at all but if you look close you can see it and it bothers me. i think its from sun/tan bed exposure. new channel member thanks for the vids!
Turmeric helps too โค๏ธ
I'm so upset. All my friends are tanning and here I am trying to bleach my face. ๐ญ Do progesterone cream would make it worse??
Do you have any tips on telangiestacia?! Please. I am desperate. I have limited scleroderma CREST syndrome and am cursed with these little devils.
Yup,medical doctors don't explain much in details of a lot of things.get in get out the doctors office..
I just watched a video that ginger, almond oil, aloe vera help in few days.
So diabetes can cause MELASMA in the mustache area?
Plz tell me the cure of acne n acne scars removed in oily skin
Thanks!!
Hi doc… what about using the morning after pill regularly… can this also be a cause… I am dark skinned with hyper pigmentation around my mouth and cheeks
I have been treating my pigmentation for years …still thรฉ same
Im a filipina and i have melasma it showed out when i turn 30 i hope this video will help me
Thank you for these great tips!!
Thankyou so much for this informative video!!
You should mention to your viewers that glycolic acid, lemon, retinol, vitamin C, or anything that lightens the skin needs to be protected from the sun, as in "suncreen protection!"
Because using those products and being in the sun can give you a rebound effect, worsening or causing more melasma and dark spots.
Some people cannot avoid sun exposure. Also, if you completely avoid the sun for long periods, you can get a vitamin D deficiency, insomnia, depression, and anxiety!
You are brave what ever people said about your appearance you still put your self out there, strong women Rules the world ๐๐๐๐๐
I have hyper pigmentation, and didnโt know it was called malasma until I saw your video. It showed up about a year ago after a tropical vacation. I think it could be exasperated by hormones, candida overgrowth, and stress. I plan to do a candida cleanse to help with several issues Iโm experiencing. Have you seen candida treatments improve malasma? Thanks for the information.
Hi, I have Melasma and its getting worse. I often use the steam room is it good or bad for melasma? Thank you.
Hi…my advise to you is not to use lemon during the day…the acid in lemon will make your skin very sensitive to the sun…and make pigment more darker..only what I've learned over the years.. We love you for all your advise…you beautiful..?
Thank you
Is the lemon juice not dangerous for the skin? As it it very acidic
Says it can cause burns and or irratation etc
Help x
I'm learning so much from you !
Thank you, Iโve been doing so many research for my melasma. I have to said this video is hand down. Thank you ๐
Sorry you got a rude comment about your pretty face, some people do not have manners.
I do suffer from hyperpigmentation or actually I should said I used to suffer from it. Almost 6 years ago I started my own business of skin care products. I was always looking for 100% natural products for my skin, body and hair. It was a deception to find out that most products have any kind of synthetics or fragrance even though their label said "natural or organic". When I realized that my age spot was getting bad I created a cleansing kit. It consists in Facial cleansing oil, facial mask and facial toner. I use it everyday, well the facial mask I try to use it as often as I can since it helps to remove dead skin. My mineral cream is really good to fade age spot. One of the best ingredients in it is hyaluronic acid. Finally I use a moisturizer with zinc as a natural sunscreen (I haven't post yet a picture and info about it) I would love to send you samples of my products you can try. I use high quality ingredients and organic. Please see the following links and let me know

I do also believe of the importance to do a detox of our liver. When I was a child I suffered from tonsillitis and doctors always prescribed antibiotics I am pretty sure the drugs I took for years damaged my liver. I also was raised in a sunny place. As you mentioned there are several factors to affect our beautiful skin. Whatever we apply on it goes inside our body.
My hyperpigmentation has gotten so out of control after going back on thyroid pills that i can barely leave the house without makeup anymore. In fact, makeup barely even covers it now. It is so anxiety inducing and embarassing. I am so tempted to just go off these evil pills
People are mean. Thanks for sharing this.
Very informative video. Thanks Doc.
