hi Iโ€™m looking to buy a high street foundation. Is there one that you would suggest for dry sensitive skin.

ysl toucheclat is definetly the best! it looks more like an eraser rather than a wear-on foundation.

Of course you can layer your sunscreen and it does not diminish if you don't rub it off accidentally.

No we can't layer spf, it doesn't work that way. If you use spf 15 moisturizer and spf 20 bb cream then you have just spf 20, not spf 35

I have very sensitive skin and sadly cannot use any drugstore brands because I just react to them. The best foundation I've found that is perfect for crazy sensitive skin is Clinique Beyond Perfecting foundation and concealer. Very full coverage, great for red skin too!

I used to have very dehydrated, oily skin in my late teens/early 20's. Greasy yet flaky with rough patches at the same time…ick. It was all because I wasn't drinking enough water. So if you have dehydrated skin, make sure you're drinking atleast 8 glasses of H2O a day…if that's not enough, aim for 10-12. Still with flaky skin? Take evening primrose oil capsules. Also make sure you exfoliate once or twice a week. As for oily skin, not much you can do, but take comfort in the fact that you'll age better than other skintypes.

Can someone help? I have very sensitive, normal skin and i use bb cream from garnier for couple of years because i am afraid foundation will destroy my face, for primer i use hydratating (sorry idk how to write ๐Ÿ˜) cream, and sometimes i get blemishes from that cream, and i want to start using foundation and change my primer, but i don't know which is good for me, i don't need full coverage, i have nice skin and face, i need good foundation that is not hard on skin, medium coverage maybe, for normal pale/fair skin.. :/ Helpp, and sorry about my English ๐Ÿ™‚

I love your reviews! I have been using Nars sheer glow for about a year and a half now, and it's brilliant, but i think it's been causing me to break out, especially across my cheeks. do you think it's the Nars that could be causing this, i have never suffered with spots across my cheeks before (i'm 25 now), I'm devastated that it could be the Nars foundation causing it, as it's the best foundation i've tried to date. thank you!!
