Video is too jerky! Stop chopping every 3 seconds. It's irritating to watch!

I love the Pixi Tint better.. I live in Florida and was wondering how those foundations worked when you visited here?

I am 63 and I started using Bare Minerals serum foundation and I have received a lot of compliments plus I love the coverage …it's not cakey. Sometimes I have to feel and look at my face just to check to see if I still have makeup on …which I do ! My face looks fresh even 5 hours later. Have a bless day.

Yes, I am now experiencing DRY skin, more so now that fall is here. I've only tried Jane Iredale's cream blush and Clinique's chubby stick coloured balm, which I am not impressed with, so I will be returning. I will stick with Jane Iredale's cream blush that works well with a tapping motion with my fingers. It glids on easy and also compliments my skin color. I am still trying to get use to it. Less is more! You must share your skin care regimen for use Dolls who need hydration. You living in CO makes you an expert. Thank you, Marla!

I agree with you…everything you say! The ordinary serum foundations sound like a great choice for my mature skin. I just hope that I can tolerate it with mu hot flashes. I am currently using Origins moisturizer tint for most days, but I want a better coverage for special occassions or special nights out. Thanks Marla! Do you wear powder or cream blushes?

I'm so glad to stumble on your channel!! I'm 35 and as my skin is aging and changing, this is helpful for us too!!! I can't use the products or techniques that all these younger influencers in their 20's use.

I just found because I was thinking of purchasing the Pixi skin tint and was looking for reviews. I'm so glad I found you!! After seeing the beautiful finish not only of the Pixi but the Idun I am going to be purchasing both. I like the versatility.
I have The Ordinary serum foundation and I just can't get a good color match. But, I have the same skin tone as you (without the redness…I have dark circles…which are the bane of my existence! LOL!) so I think I'm going to order the one with the pink undertone and do what you do. Unless you have found a better match then I would reallly appreciate an update. Thanks for such an informative and well thought out video.

You said your foundation moves around without settling in your skin, it could be because your primer is oil based and your makeup is water based, that will cause that. They both should be the same base.
The Ordinary is a great brand, Wayne Goss raves about it and he uses top shelf products, , , do you not set your foundation with powder?

Hi Marla!! You should totally try the Ordinary Vit C 30% in silicone as a primer…you will not need the High spreadibility primer….you get your Vit C and your primer in 1!!!
