whats a good neutral palette that has everything in it I could need (mattes, shimmers, and transition color) that will show up on dark skin? The nubian palette doesn't have that DARK matte color I want nor does it have a dark enough transition color for me.
speak the truth! Nubian 1 and 2 are my faves too and I have all palettes bar the last two that have just come out x
