Lots of you requested a video featuring make-up tips for covering Rosacea and facial redness. With my gorgeous model Danni we discuss how best to deal with these issues and, as Danni had a special appointment after the filming, I decided to demonstrate that no matter what, you can still wear a red lip! Viewers with Rosacea, let me know what works for you. X

In the intro, I’m wearing a Bobbi Brown Lip Liner in Pale Pink
with a touch of Clinique Chubby Stick Baby Tint in Budding Blossom.

I canโ€™t guarantee that all of the make-up and skincare products I recommend will suit you. I only use products I personally think are good having tried them on myself and my clients but everyone’s skin is different and it’s possible to be allergic to anything. Wherever possible, test products out on yourself before purchasing.

I only feature products I like, or want to try. The products I use in these videos are either purchased by me or sent to me by make-up companies to use in my professional capacity as a make-up artist for fashion and celebrity photo shoots, red carpet etc. I am also sent products by many of the top magazines to judge for awards.

I do not accept payment and am not sponsored to make any of the films on this channel. Some of the links under the videos and blog posts on my site are affiliated however and as stated before, I only feature products I like, or want to try.

I wish I could get my makeup to sit this well on my face. I'm 26 and my Rosacea on my nose is so bad. Even though now I have discovered what my triggers are now, and suffer from less bumps.. Now the skin texture is just awful on my nose and cheeks, everything looks cakey. I find "less is more" helps with cake-ness. But my skin still looks, cakey, dull and flakey.

I wash my face with Marcelle foaming sensitive face wash, cleanse with dr Andrew Weil Origins Mega Mushroom skin relief, then moisturize with First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream.

I really struggle to pick a foundation shade as my rosacea is more of a red mask so not sure what my actual skin colour is …any tips?

This tutorial is almost magical to watch! Absolutely gorgeous model with adorable hair. Personally, I found that the one thing to really make a difference to my rosacea was cutting dairy out of my diet.

My worst rosacea trigger is the hormonal shift of PMS. Yet another reason to dread that time of the month.

I was using Estee Lauder Double Wear but it is so expensive. Now I use Cover Girl + Olay Simply Ageless which I have found it as low as $13 at Target. I had to quit spending a small fortune on makeup and I'm just as happy with the results.

    Lisa, i think you're a magician! ๐Ÿ˜

And i have rosaceae-so, thank you for this video. Even at the end of the video, somehow you don't pressure me to 'erase' all my redness, but work around it, and still feel pretty. Thank you again, xo
