Turn your phone sideways you'll see better
camera placement is off – all we see is a hand blocking out the model’s face.
Although the video is “attractive” in that it uses a different photographing technique From what one he usually sees, it’s just not good for this type of a demonstration. The white background is too strong, and overwhelms the lighting of the face. And the camera is too far away from the face. The make up itself is lovely.
Would like to see more of these for hooded eyes. Need to zoom in closer. Lovely model.
Can't see what is being done. Too far away from model.
Can't see way to zoomed out
Did you use powdered eye shadow?
Thank you so much for your expertise! FYI though, did follow the product link in anticipation to order however do not appreciate that one must sign up to do so. (Sorry!)
It's impossible to see what is going on as the make up person's hand is between the eye and the camera. Maybe check out the way other people make make up videos? Can't learn anything if we can't actually see what's happening.
You could really see the effect when only one eye was done. Wow! What a difference! My eyes are just like hers so I can't wait to try it. THANK YOU! Also her cheek color is lovely. It looks so fresh & youthful. I'm not a fan of the no cheek color advice that some give.
I'm sure this is a great make up idea. But I could not finish it, getting frustrated that the artists hand was in front of the eye or on the left application she turns away from the camera!
Now, if only Ms. Sullivan lived with me to do that every morning
omg! I was experimenting with my make-up (because it doesn't look the same as it used to) and I disvovered on my own the same techniques! <3
Would your technique work using different colors, other than Silver gray and taupe? Also, if the eyes are already a bit close together, would you still highlight in the corners that well?
Thank you for the video however it was filmed so far away I couldn’t see the actual application process.
I couldn't watch to the end of this because the makeup artist irritatingly kept pulling the models face over and I wanted to slap her!
What a big difference!
Your model's hooded eyes are like mine. The skin under my eyebrows has fat in it and hits my eyelashes. I have alot of area between my eyebrows and where I should have my crease. I do not think I need a browlift, but would love to have the upper eyelid surgery for hooded lids. Mine are pretty severe. I take care of myself and my skin, but am 65 now. When I was 45 I had spent two years recovering my health after an illness. Looked in the mirror and was totally blown away by the horrible bags under my eyes. I decided to have a lower lid lift. If I had anything to tell women if would be this…sometimes cosmetic surgery is the only way to make a difference. I am so glad I did it for myself. I can not image spenting 20 years looking 20 years older than I did. Now that I am 65 I still have no bags under my eyes . However, Botox would not be my thing. Yet I would never get down on another woman because it was something that worked for her. Remember too that good skin is enhanced by good care in all ways. Eat organically, drink good water, no smoking, and make sure to check your vitamin D levels every year and supplement. Vitamin D makes your thyroid and many other things work in your body, but being in the sun every day to get it when you are older may not be good for your skin.
However, Mary is beautyful especially when she smiles.
Hey, remember to fill in the eyebrows!
