Terms and Conditions of Prize Draw for #‪PhotoContest‬!
• The Prize Draw is only open to US residents aged 16 years or over.
• To take part in the prize draw, Snap a selfie with EXTRASHADE and send us to participate in our special‪#‎FB‬ ‪#‎PhotoContest‬! Send in your entries today! http://bit.ly/29eh277 if deemed inappropriate EXTRASHADE reserves the right to remove the entry.
• The Prize Draw will be open from 10am (EST) Monday 4 July 2016 and will run until 5pm (EST) Sunday 31st July 2016 (the “Promotion Period”).
• Any entries outside of the Promotion Period will not be counted.
• 1 overall prize winner will be chosen at random before Monday 8th August 2016 (EST).
• There will be 1 winner in total for the Prize Draw, picked at random by EXTRASHADE team.
• The winner of the Prize Draw will receive an EXTRASHADE Beach Tote and other exciting prizes.
• The prize winner will be contacted via direct message on Facebook by 5pm (EST) Tuesday 9th August 2016.
• The Prize Draw excludes EXTRASHADE.com employees, their families, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• No entries from agents, third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted for the Prize Draw. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.
• No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prizes. Prizes are not transferable.
• By entering participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
