This is not making lotion and we need to stop reusing these bottles. They only cost pennies to buy empty ones which you can reuse,
Sweetheart as a Senior Chemist, I must tell you that you are NOT making lotion. Making lotion, different formulations and cosmetics ( based on a Chemistry background) involves many complex parts and understanding the overall chemistry of ingredients. What you are doing my love is merely MIXING various products together. Trust me that is not how lotion is made!

thank I was just thinking about doing it that way because I didnt want to do it from scratch.I was thinking about using the lotion add shea butter coco butter and almond oil and a little avocado oil and put it in a jar and a little glycerin
shea butter you can go to Wal-Mart and purchase it

Honey over time you adding the body mist into your lotion is going to dry out your skin even more. Body mists are made up of alcohol which drys skin.
i use vatika's hair oil, which has coconut on my body..lol..:P after a shower and it works great forme

Yea imma try this. I have dry skin on my face and I use coconut oil now but its too oily but with the mixture of them all I think it will work. Thanks
