You're so cute.. too funny.. I love your enthusiasm… yeah! Wahoo! And your skin looks lovely! Isn't cocoa wonderful? I use it in my dry shampoo and I swear, there's magic in cocoa.. ok, admittedly, what else would any self recording chocoholic say…, lol.. but seriously, it IS amazing. I suspect that any odd feeling likely came from the tapioca starch. I find it bad an odd texture, unless it's just me. I personally think you're better off with the arrowroot. I think it's softer somehow. and looser, mlre suited to a makeup product. That's actually exactly how I make my dry shampoo. I plan on trying a new recipe for foundation powder including (in addition to cocoa and arrowroot, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, though in small amounts as I'm fair. I haven't been able to wear makeup in a couple years cuz I have rosacea, but I'm hoping making my own and maybe adding a drop of oil will allow me to dust my face again. I'm a bit scared to try but I won't land the house the first while. I think offering to make some foundation powder for those who won't is a fantastic idea! Thanks so much! Please excuse any mistakes I've made – rosacea affects my vision too but I enjoyed your video and wanted to comment. Good lunch with future experimentation. Tfs.. Cheers

@Montina Portis aka SPARKWISDOMย  Does this provide light, medium, or heavy coverage? ย Is it buildable? ย I've had half my purchases traditional makeup, lotions, etc and half of my purchases all natural or organic for years, but for 2015 I've decided to jump all in to cruelty free, and all natural or organic or vegan for everything I put on my body. ย As for making it like a liquid foundation, I wonder if you could mix that with an all natural or organic moisturizer, all natural or organic non scented lotion, or even coconut oil (just enough to bind it together.

I know that an easy way to make powder foundations liquid-y is to mix it with a bit of sunscreen until you get the consistency you want(:
It also has the extra benefit of having spf in it, but I'm sure you could use regular moisturizing lotion also!

Goldenella, I too have a yellowish undertone, I use cinnamon and turmeric mix it with my face cream put it on then then set it with a mixture of the cinnamon and turmeric it works good for me. I never thought of using the flour and the coco powder. Looks easy, but I think I will stick with the face cream method because my skin is so dry
