It really irks me when white women try to do "our" makeup. They ALWAYS want to put dark colors on our lips (berries, deep browns). Although the young lady in the video is very pretty, I agree with everyone else….She is NOT dark and no where near it!!!!

Wow, I've always thought expertvillage sucks, but this just seals the deal. It's poorly rehearsed, and how is this dark skin? This is the last expertvillage video I'll ever watch, even just the beginning seconds.

The makeup artist must consider herself to have dark skin because they are both the same complexion. Maybe that's why she's an 'expert' on the matter

I love how white people can be described as having a fair to olive complexion, yet blacks are simply described as 'dark skin.' Last time I checked, we have the most variety in the skin tone department…from damn near white to the deepest richest browns. Things that make you go, hmm.

Ladies, we are all considered dark-skinned by white America's standards. Please don't be so angry about this. That said, yes, we have many beautiful shades in our community that we see (but others don't… they see black American).
