Foundations flash back sooo bad on me too! Idk why my sister would use the same foundation in her shade & my face be ghostly ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„

Only foundation I found that never flashbacked is EX1 ๐Ÿงก

So! The whole flash back thing had me puzzled too – I was getting it with foundations that donโ€™t have any SPF. Then I noticed that it was only when I took selfies – whenever I had someone take the picture straight on (without rotating the camera), itโ€™d be fine with a flash. Not sure if thatโ€™s the ONLY reason, but def seemed true for me, so give it a try and see if that may be it #fingerscrossed! LOL

Love the smokey eye look! Would love to try this foundation but itโ€™s kinda pricey so for now Iโ€™ll stick to my drugstore foundations (the Maybelline fit me Matte + Poreless is my fave for my oily skin) ๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธ

I totally understand that labour cost and material cost are two separate entities, but both costs are considered during the budgetary process and are used as a guide when deciding the cost of the end product. I guess what I'm hoping is that since its kinda pricey that everyone (labour and consumer) included in the process got their moneys worth and decent coin lol You look beautiful btw

Can you do a "winter foundations for oily skin" video? I have my summer, no-budge, sweat-proof foundations w/ mattifying primers down, but I don't know what to wear in the winter when it's a little drier and I can play around with some foundations that aren't specifically marketed for controlling oil! Maybe some satin/natural finish foundations? So far the only thing in that category that I love is the It Cosmetics CC Cream ๐Ÿ™‚

I was cracking up at "the way you blot is gross" haha uh how else are you supposed to blot? It's definitely not the most attractive thing to see, but us . makeup wearers understand when oil peeks through. That flashback was insane! At $50 something, it'd better make me look like a Victoria's Secret model in photos and find me a man if I'm spending that kind of money lmao

$56??!!! For a stick encased in plastic?! The markup is insane smh! I wonder what the cost to make the actual product is, and whether the people who helped package and distribute the product were adequately compensated.

Beautiful foundation! The price tag has scared me away, but I might save some pennies to get either this one or the Marc Jacobs. I got the Fenty Beauty foundation in shade 350 and wish that I would have saved my money. It feels ok on my skin, but it is a little too yellow and I have to mix it with another foundation to get a match for my skin.

The foundation looks amazing on you!

Regarding the oil blotting comment yeah itโ€™s a bit mean. I myself have oily skin and in summer time I blot constantly and I always had oil blotting paper with me. But I donโ€™t do that anymore because I find that while it effectively removes oil it also spreads it on a bit. What I do nowadays is just using a regular tissue and pressing against my entire face gently. That way my makeup is secure and it blots just the right amount, and it is one less thing for me to carry with two kids (I almost never have to bring my own tissue or paper napkins)

New subscriber! Love your channel. Love love love this foundation. I find though that as the colors get deeper they start to run a bit too golden for my skin. I do have golden undertones, but I found this foundationโ€™s gold a bit too rich ๐Ÿ™. Still the formula is absolutely immaculate and it blends out like a dream.

I have a question about your lighting. Which ring light do you use? And is that your only light source?
