can anyone help me……. I am trying to do this but when I sample a color with my brush only the background color changes in the little two square boxes. I am not sure what the settings should be when sampling colors.
What is the shortcut key for switching color sample to pain brush?
This is amazing, thank you SO much!! I've been searching everywhere for a tutorial on frequency separation that actually makes sense and this is perfect. Your tutorials are always so helpful!!
For the few comments that say "she looks like plastic". I think this video is primarily a tutorial on how to use certain tools to a achieve certain effects. The levels in which he uses those tools are his preference. I like everything about the video, knowing that when I do apply the things learned from it I will most certainly modify (by using less or more of…) them to my liking. Bottom line is I look at all of these tutorial videos objectively. This can be applied to learning anything new.
i love this guy

Amazing tutorial bro. But I have to say that your eyes brown are really strange haha
it worked !!!!!! ur amazing >
love uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
Do you know why if I just create a new layer it doesn't let me do anything on it? For example I can choose any tool and try to apply it and it doesn't work. As if it was empty. The only thing that works is duplicating the previous layer, and that is not the best option right?
thank you
Hi, what is better for retouching, open the image in 8 bits or 16 bits?
You're amazing as a teacher and really a master in arts, it remembers me back in 2003 when I worked on a photo studio for a fine art photographer, and we did crazy stuff all the time! like, putting a complete good face or head of a bad background shoot, to another almost exactly same background (sessions of thousands of shoots), but a good one. So we replaced the face, sometimes a leg that wasn't worth it, or a hand, or just replacing a mouth, eye, lips, etc, etc , etc…
We changed the whole sky, removed trees, or constructed a beautiful sunset with weird Levels masking. Sometimes erased the whole floor (a wood and ugly broken scenario) just painting or constructing a new one from scratch, and let it a smooth floor.
Crazy and consuming work. Good to know that Ps now has better and creative tools added. I'm now into audio engineering (I'm a musician after all), editing, mixing & mastering, restoration and I have to say, that Audio Engineering is so similar to Visual, regarding digital editing. The bright & dark concepts of depth on Audio, is in Equalization, but adding Dimension to a sound with reverberances gives a 3D feeling, that I've found similar working with layers in Ps. Many concepts from audio can be used to visuals and viceversa! I learn new approaches to process audio from Ps tutorials…not only the digital trickeries and shortcuts, but HOW TO deliver the artistic message. This is so inspiring.
I never went to a school, or have studied art, I just love to process audio & images and your channel inspired me to freelancing in retouching again because I had new skills, learning from you, thank you so much from Argentina!
thank you for your videos, i have learned so much……
Your posted video helped me too much..i am facing some problems like, i can't adjust background color perfectly with the subject..Can you please post a video with that topic!
Actually a big fan of these tuts, looking at existing techniques with fresh eyes. However just a question – I would think you'd normally do the liquify process before the skin? so you're not moving around pixels with less information? (ie giving them a stretched effect)? Or does it matter? For my understanding more than anything
No vabbe si nu mostr …. you are a monster! Incredibile… i love your tutorial ….

I'm hungry and sleep so i'll skip this for tonight cause its gonna take long lol
