Try RCMA cream foundations. They have a shade range that is much more suited to your skin tone and it's high coverage 50% pigment foundation can cover tattoos (just as an example of how much pigment it contains). You can also purchase a thinner separately to transform it into a liquid foundation. Check out the "MB series foundations" on the RMCA page. You have to type "RMCA cosmetics" into Google for an accurate search result.
