@my natural when ever you get the pimples you can just prevent the dark spots. I rub a slice of tomato on my face and leave it on for how ever long and the pimples decrease. Dont play with your pimples

Another great way to correct dark spots and even your skin tone is to use rose hip seed oil to seal in the moisture from your serums and moisturizers at night or as a substitute. Rose Hip Seed oil is nature's Retin-A. It speeds up cell turnover to reveal newer skin, however, it is advised that you wear sunscreen to help protect the new skin. It is also important to use a gentle exfoliator (possibly an acid AHA for normal to dry and/or BHA for combination to oilier skin types) to rid the skin of the layers of damaged skin. Limited courses of treatments are also suggested to lessen the risk of damage caused by over exfoliating. CAUTION: This method of exfoliation may cause hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin-the body's response to  injury or damage-scarring occurs from over production of melanin), especially in those who have REACTIVE skin types, so be sure to consult with a licensed professional (esthetician or a dermatologist) before preceding.

I use the Clarisonic. It is gentle enough to use every day. The packages of cleanser contain for too many chemicals and maybe animal.trsting/byproducts. I usually stick with water or Dr. BRONNERS peppermint soap diluted. Also, nearly all bumps on the face can be tied to the diet. Too much processed sugar, processed startch, etc. A plant based diet with real foods should bring improvement for sure.

i have the pmd at home that i purchased last year. i feel that with a consistent regimen and eating healthy, etc. that this is a good tool to help aid in clearing up your skin. my skin feels softer after using it and you can see all of the dead skin cells that its taken off after you're finished using it. my skin also looks brighter immediately after use.

admittedly, i haven't been very consistent because i haven't purchased new heads (which are less than $20: 4 heads for the face & 2 new ones for the body) but they can last you a couple of months. the coupon code should work for buying replacement heads. i think that if i would've been more consistent with the PMD my results would be even better than they are now.

I used to have this problem but it was mainly because I wore makeup a lot. Taking a break from makeup and drinking nothing but water helps a lot. And I used an evoo and sugar scrub for exfoliating and moisturizing my face. Witch hazel is a great toner also. 🙂

If this doesn't do it, try African Black Soap and Yellow Shea Butter with Apple Cider Vinager. Leave black soap on face and neck 5 mins.  rinse with warm (never hot) water. Put DAMP,  ACV mixed with water spash on face when dry, cream shea all over face and neck, within 10 minutes you will not know it is on. Great under makeup…hope this helps

I have been using this product for almost a year and it's absolutely fantastic and can't live without. One a week for just a few mins with my simple products that I mix and is all natural. My did not come with any products. Some marks have faded away and it allow products to sink into the sink and not just sit on top. I love my PMD AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
