that light skin, dark skin is all bs. We didn't have such ignorance in my community growing up. We overstood that our race were of various hues and it was no big thing. We did not subscribe to white supremacy back then the way black folks do now a day..smh! black women are beautiful no matter the hue.

ok i seriously doubt we can say indans and blacks are different races. i have seen indians alot arker than this girl.. and i call them black. the light skinned indian she is marrried too looks like a mixed negro type.. the term black is way to broad to define indians as a different race. indians are black skinned people too. in fact from my trips to india he average indian in the street was alot blacker than me. and i am more of a tanned afro type. the better distinction to say is african and indian..but because thereis already a crossover add mixture between african and indian types it makes both groups hard to pindown as a black or a white..
Iโm happy I found this video and I completely agree with what navy was saying. My boyfriend is Indian and Iโm African American and I also seen looks from older Indian people when weโre in public but luckily no one had said anything to us. But the biggest issue is his parents who he says would not approve of me and we have to wait to tell them when we move out.
