Purchase

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Sales Tax

Shipments to addresses within the state of New York are charged applicable sales tax. Shipments to addresses outside of these states are not charged sales tax.

Payment

We accepted Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping and Delivery Schedules

Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days).

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Priority delivery options (2nd Day service) is not available.

International Locations

Orders can only be billed or shipped to United States, its territories.

Return Policy

Please be aware that all sales are final. Sorry no refunds. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.

If you pay for shipping cost for trial offer https://www.extrashade.com/trial-offer/ To return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at 1-888-637-5274, or by email at:info@tryextrashade.com. Our customer service department will email you an RMA number within 24-48 hours of your request. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. Failure to use the product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges (i.e. trial charge). Returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider. We will not provide any refunds or accept any returns for any cancellations of trial orders made more than 14 days after placing your trial order. RMA’s may take up to 7 days to process once they are received.
