Hi D. Drey, I am a new subscriber to your channel & I think it is great! I live in Canada and use a lot of Nivea products. I haven't found a video by you that talks about Nivea products. Could you make a review of Nivea products and let us all know what you think of them? Thanks so much!!

I just had laparoscopic surgery and have been left with several awful looking incisions. What can I do to help prevent terrible scarring?

Good to know! I've been using this for almost two months. Wish I knew! I have a really ugly scar that I've been told to "treat" with this. Used it on my acne scars as well. It's so depressing that you can't really trust anything these days, you pretty much need a doctorate to survive the cosmetic aisle in the market.

And I was shocked that it had perfume in it, like it's SUPPOSED TO SMELL LIKE THAT? ON PURPOSE? I've always hated the way it stinks, reminds me of bug spray ๐Ÿ˜€ At least the ones we have here in Finland. Not a pleasant smell for me at all, but I guess it could be nice if you didn't associate it with insects. ๐Ÿ˜€

Went back to this review because throughout my pregnancy people have been recommending this for stretch marks. The funny thing is that I am 25 weeks with a very pronounced belly at this point, have done absolutely nothing in the way of moisturizing my body (sorry Dr. Dray, I know I should I'm just lazy!), and I still don't have any stretch marks. I think Dr. Dray is right. You're either going to get them or you're not. I truly think almost all of the products marketed towards pregnant women are a scam. "Got chapped nipples? Buy this expensive nipple cream". Oh wait, I can just use an ointment like Vaniply. Pregnant? "Well you have to use these "all natural" skincare lines that are loaded with essential oils and things like lemon peel oil. These things are good for you skin and won't harm baby!". Oh wait, my face is so sensitive during pregnancy that even a strong gust of cold wind is like a sandpaper slap to the face. Not to mention that we're so concerned with whether or not you should be using things like parabens during pregnancy that we haven't stopped to consider whether or not all of these essential oils could harm the baby. St. John's Wort is natural – not recommended in pregnancy. Clary Sage is natural – it also induces labor. Having a boy, like me? Lavender oil is linked with Gynecomastia. I just don't get it.

I had two big surgeries on my legs and on one of them directly after the op I'd use e45 everyday and idk if that's good but I feel like the leg I used it on the scar is a lot more smoother and more pleasant than the one I didn't.

I now have little dry patches and dark marks on my butt and hips. Idk about anyone else but it definitely didn't work for me , now I have to get rid of stretch marks AND these dark spots now . ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿคฆ

In case you still aren't convinced , david lim, another dermatologist on you tube , also made a video on bio oil. He says the exact same thing as she, and he even inserted a clip of her video in his. Don't buy bio oil, buy a regular moisturizer instead.
btw, I got so excited to see him mention Dr dray, even more excited that his opinion corroborated with hers. Yes I get too excited about skin care and I need a life lol.
