I think it depends on undertones. You have no yellow undertone. Brown powders have been too dark and it takes away highlights for me

I like Chestnut for you. It brightens up your skin. The next followup coco tan and then then the pink powder.

Sienna is your bright highlighter powder, it looks wrong to you because you have contoured your nose so looks harsh juxtaposed to those lines.

I actually set under my eyes with a mix of neutral and sienna. It reminds me of the color of the Laura mercier. It works great with my complexion. I det the rest of my face with sienna.

I love the demonstration of the different powders. I've been researching setting/translucent/finishing powders to find my match. It looks like you've just discovered your Holy Grail. The Chestnut colored powder and pink powders match your cool/red skin undertones perfectly. That's the key! Identifying then finding your undertone match. Also, we all need to understand the difference between translucent setting powders, foundation powder and finishing powder. Thank you and God Bless

Really lovely… so i got Sienna but I just found out Ben Nye had luxury powders for dark shades eg. Nutmeg and Dark cocoa. What's the difference between the translucent and luxury powder? Can u also do a demo on them for us? Lastly when will u do a give away? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Oh and I loved loved loved Chestnut on you. It gave the perfect glow without being too light. And I loved Sienna on your lip. I understood what you meant by on your nose. And I agree it might be because you highlighted it. But I loved it on you. They all work tbh! Your just that damn flawless. Smile is Gorgeous!!

I feel like Ben Nye is a staple makeup brand that is the perfect go to. But we get carried away with the newer brands because their hype. My mom is a cosmetologist and she has Ben Nye so thatโ€™s what Iโ€™ve always used as that โ€œyellowโ€ powder bandwagon cause thatโ€™s what I grew up with borrowing from her makeup kit lol. So Iโ€™ll definitely go back to Ben Nye for the darker shades since I already have Topaz.
