We live in white supremacy America, the white people control Black culture. It wasn't always that way. We need to get back our culture.

Sista, youย are drop dead gorgeous.ย  I am a dark skin brother myself.ย  When I was 10 years old a light skin girl in my apartment complex said you would look really cute if you were light skinned.ย  This physical judgmentย goes for women as well as men.ย  It's taken years to employ this inter-cultural divide.ย ย "Stay blessed and do you!"

kendrick lamar thing on point..I noticed, in general, when they say dark skin as far as media portrayal is concerned..the definition is very elastic and relative…I wish a full appreciation for the fact that there is a spectrum as far as "dark " is concerned existed, but when it comes to representation, there's very limited display or appreciation of us. It's like they advertise an entirety of standard but the actual outcome is more of a stretch or slight modification, a "We accept "dark" to this point." ( Speciality, i.e specifically catering to dark skinned black women, pages aside) However, the effort to rectify and fully appreciate is duly noted and appreciated.

What you are witnessing is divide and conquer…..on a psychological level…it starts when you turn on the television, when you get online, your interactions with people, and when you attend school…it's being pounded in your mind again and again. All of this is planned before you are born…..it''s not natural, but it's the system put in place centuries ago for conquest and glory …your sanity ends up taking a hit. If you aren't white washed…it's obvious that black women would be the standard of beauty if the world wasn't designed the way it has been. Dark skinned black women are secretly admired and valuable, but they have to be made into a fetish to take advantage of their deep seeded insecurities like with most above-average black women…whether they are aware of it or not. Black men and women are always sexualized or degraded…to keep you looked at as "other." Btw societies goal isn't to uplift all Black women…just the ones that are deemed more desirable or attractive to an individual….beauty is subjective tbh. They are not going to display many attractive Dark skinned Black women in a manner that's advancing them, because you would be literally weakening their system and giving Black women grounded confidence on a mass scale….when the purpose of the system is for White women to be the standard of beauty. White women are the driving force to keep this system going anyway. As long as racism white supremacy is in place…you are not going to be portrayed as a standard of beauty the way you want to be…when in actuality you are the standard of beauty. It's all about confusing you…that way you can be controlled… used for someone else personal desires. The less confused you are…the harder it is to exploit you. The trick is by always placing seeds in your mind especially when you are young, and a manipulator with the assistance of their system continues to do this to you until you are older…..this happens world wide….once you reach a certain age you become well conditioned to be insecure and self-hating subconsciously with other people conditioned to respond to you in an unfavorable manner or manipulate you with compliments….as this happens…your body will follow. Look at it like this….the words black and dark are normally associated with something negative in this society, but if you noticed in reality most things that are associated with black and dark are actually positive. The universe is dark and black, and the universe is beautiful like black women are. The goal is to not gain a big ego from this realization, but just be aware of how you should view yourself from a positive vantage point. It does take a strong will to break from this since you do live in a world that constantly indoctrinating you 24/7 to self-hate. The main areas that are used to keep this charade up is through media, education, finances, and sex. Black people fall in these traps, because most Black men and women are looking to be validated and accepted in a system and by other people outside of themselves…all of this is programming to keep you in your place…preventing you from progressing. It's all mind games…especially when you start incorporating narratives and lies. Btw the main group who reaps the benefits more than anybody on this planet are White men since they portray themselves as the good guys…even though they are doing the most bad….deceit is effective..it's just either most people don't understand or they just go along with the game to gain some material comfort.
