    Iโ€™m on Day 5 of the 30 day squat challenge. But Iโ€™m doing 100 the first week, 105 the next, 110, 115, 120, and ending it with 125. Iโ€™m doing it twice a day and Iโ€™ll be adding a weight soon. Hopefully thereโ€™s a change in my bum and legs. I already feel my legs a little stronger. Let me know if anyone wants to see the before and after once Iโ€™m done ! ๐Ÿ™‚
